This little hat came from a pattern in a book called “Monster Knits for Little Monsters”. It called for 4 stitches to the inch and a size 3 needle. The yarn I used is Woolfolk Yarn and I actually had to go up to a size 8 needle to make gauge! I absolutely love this pattern. I even like the way I made the ears. I have made some bear hats before but this one is my favorite. It should fit my 2 year old grandson.
