I used the Halla hat pattern on ravelry for this adorable hat. I went down to a size 6 needle and used Madeline Tosh DK yarn so that it would fit a 2 year old instead of a 4 year old. The next time I make this hat I will adjust the cables on the flaps so they match up with the cables on the hat. I thought I followed the pattern exactly but it didn’t seem to work out. Just loved the Madeline Tosh DK yarn. I’d buy that again!
