flip flop top mittens

These mittens were made following the free Flip Flop Top Mittens pattern on ravelry.  I used Woolfolk Wool.  I loved the way they handled the thumb gusset.  Next time I make these I will make the palm longer and the flip flop top shorter.  The cuff is k1, p1, with 2 different colors.  I used a size 4 needle and followed the directions for a small adult, casting on 36 stitches to begin with.
